Through face-to-face interactions, strategic calls, and targeted B2B outreach, youll be the face of Quench in the field./ppFirst year On Target Earnings $80,000 - $110,000 (Base + Commission)/ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliDrive Quenchs rapid growth by generating sales through face-to-face interactions, calls, and B2B outreach./liliDevelop, maintain, and expand relationships with Quench customers./liliIdentify customer needs and propose customized solutions./liliMeet or exceed new business sales goals with consistent daily/weekly activity./liliPlay a pivotal role in customer retention and contract extension./liliHandle administrative duties such as preparing sales reports, maintaining records, and filing expense account reports./liliMaintain regular and reliable attendance./li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliStrong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections./liliExcellent communication skills, both via phone and email, with a clear, enthusiastic approach, good listening skills, quick understanding of customer needs, and strong follow-up skills./liliAbility to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations./liliPrior field sales experience is a plus./liliSolid team player with outstanding integrity./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./liliProficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system./li/ulpQuench offers salary, commission, benefits, and incentive awards.
