divh2Sales Development Account Manager- Connectors/h2pLocation: Lisle, Illinois/ppCompany: Molex/ppCareer Field: Sales/ppJob Number: 176071/ppMolex is seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager that will have responsibility for building sales pipeline, developing strong relationships with channel/distribution customers, and identifying new business opportunities. The Account Manager role, within Inside Sales, will be accountable for closing sales and increasing revenue within the Americas region. This position will provide leadership and management in working with assigned accounts and cross-functional teams./ppResponsible for profitable growth within a defined territory and/or market/ppDevelop, foster, and expand customer network by applying traditional and digital sales tactics/ppResponsible for managing and maintaining individual pipeline/ppResponsible for complex RFQs and pricing negotiations/ppResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner/ppDevelop new and innovative ideas that enhance the customers experience/ppCaptures both technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with Business Development Managers and multiple Business Units/ppWork with lead generation and marketing teams to understand and nurture leads through multiple digital and social media channels/ppContinuous learning of products functions and purpose to confidently support customer needs/ppBachelors degree/ppExperience in customer service, sales, and/or technical support/ppExcellent selling, communication and negotiation skills/ppExperience using SAP and Salesforce/ppStrong commercial business understanding and entrepreneurship skills/ppEngineering background and/or sales experience/ppElectronic application and connector knowledge/ppProject management skills that demonstrate the ability to set goals and priorities in order to complete projects in a systematic and timely manner/ppAbility to prioritize and operate independently and effectively/ppAbility to use digital sales tactics to increases revenue (i.e. molex.com, Salesforce, digital marketing, and social media)/ppAdvanced capability in using modern communication technology to develop and perform presentations and demos virtually/ppAble to analyze sales trends and define success metrics within customers/ppStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and engage potential customers/ppGood judgment decisions and actions as to safeguard the personnel, equipment, property, environment, and reputation of the operations and corporation/ppProficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)/ppTravel up to 15%/ppFor this role, we anticipate paying $70,000- $80,000 per year.
