divh2Territory Sales Manager (TSM)/h2pThe Territory Sales Manager (TSM) will be responsible for sales of Keurig Dr Peppers (KDPs) full portfolio of beverages into the bottler territory. The TSM will report to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible for identifying growth opportunities in the market, communicating aligned plans, and driving execution within the market. The TSM will be directly responsible for building/maintaining relationships in the geography and finding unique ways to enhance our brands to customers and consumers. This person will utilize strategic thinking to create joint business plans, influence internal stakeholders, and solve market challenges to deliver leading growth for KDP and our bottling partners./ppThis role will be located in the Boston / Connecticut / New Hampshire market./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliDevelop and maintain relationships with Polar bottling sales team./liliAbility to analyze syndicated data and other internal selling tools to create insights and action for our Bottling partners./liliEnhance brand visibility and brand awareness by gaining new distribution and displays./liliWork collaboratively with Bottler/Distributor and share best practices, acting as a major contributor/peer leader when compared to other distributor vendor/liliAnalyze monthly sales reports to identify opportunities, assess underperforming geographies, and develop call to action to improve areas of opportunity./liliManage, build and move displays and/or products to establish the best location for sales on all company products as necessary./liliGather important Voice of Customer feedback locally to enhance our selling strategies and key initiatives./liliCollaborate internally with key stakeholders to improve processes, route to market strategy, and business acumen/liliExecute weekly Bottler/Market visits in territory with our Bottling partners to drive executional excellence at retail and uncover local opportunities/liliConduct sales rallies with frontline leadership teams on our priorities and big bets/liliAnticipate and effectively plan for 30-90 days./li/ulh3Total Rewards:/h3ulliSalary range $86,000 - $110,000/liliActual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors/liliBenefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement/liliAnnual bonus based on performance and eligibility/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliUndergraduate degree or equivalent work experience/liliBeverage/DSD Distributor Management experience or CPG experience (3+ years)/liliUnderstanding of Bottler/Distributor business dynamics and work streams/liliHolds self and other accountable to meet commitments/liliStrong communication skills/liliAbility to travel 50% of the time required./liliExperience with non-alcoholic beverage industry preferred/liliAbility to manage and analyze sales data; trade/business analytics/liliAbility to work in extremely fast-paced and evolving hyper-growth environment/liliExperience working successfully within the constraints of a growing business/liliProficiency with Microsoft Office, Syndicated Data/li/ulh3Company Overview:/h3pKeurig Dr Pepper (NASDAQ: KDP) is a leading beverage company in North America, with a portfolio of more than 125 owned, licensed and partner brands and powerful distribution capabilities to provide a beverage for every need, anytime, anywhere.
