Counselors work with small groups, benefit from low camper-to-staff ratios, and utilize excellent indoor and outdoor spaces to deliver well-planned activities. Counselors will help lead swim days at our outdoor pools twice a week, support weekly field trips, and contribute to a positive camp experience from start to finish./ph3What Youll Do/h3pAs Director, you will plan, coordinate, implement and supervise the daily operations of the Camp Canteen Teen Camp program, serving ages 11-13. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:/pulliPlan, coordinate, implement, supervise and be engaged in all camp activities./liliSchedule, supervise and evaluate staff./liliConduct planning meetings with counselors./liliRecommend purchasing equipment and supplies as needed./liliPrepare end-of-season recommendations for next year/li/ulh3What Youll Bring/h3pHigh school diploma or equivalent, with 1-3 years of relevant experience, supervisor experience preferred. This position falls under Pay Grade B with a pay range of $16.00 - $38.50.
