The successful candidate will build cohesive relationships with DONs, RNs, and Clinical Managers to aid with increased patient census, assessing needs and productivity. A background in sales, relationship management, or prior healthcare marketing is essential to succeed in this position./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliManage and develop an assigned Sales Territory including Hospitals, Clinics, Specialists and Social Workers./liliEstablish co-marketing opportunities within community of DME, Medical Supplies and Medical Vendors./liliOrganize

coordinate call rotation to maximize market impact in all lines of business., this will include in-services and/or cold calls./liliProvide education to caregivers/patients on services provided

continuous care coordination options/liliCorrespond with physicians/ case managers / referral coordinators to ensure satisfaction with our services./liliFacilitate Meet and Greets with Caregivers of patients in home or in hospital setting prior to discharge./liliAbility to integrate multiple lines of business into marketing platform for various referral sources./liliDevelop new referral sources and increase brand awareness through networking and community events./liliOrganize and Represent KidsCare Home Health at resource fairs, health fairs, and/or community events./liliRoutinely meet with other agencies at networking events to build rapport

ascertain industry changes./liliAbility to track, analyze

report readmission data

provide care coordinators with statistics on quality parameters./liliResponsible for budget tracking and cost managing of expenses monthly according KidsCare policy./liliMeet or exceed monthly referral
