The ideal candidate will be professional, motivated, and dedicated to achieving success for both the company and our customers. We seek individuals who are service-oriented, capable of creating tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, and skilled at building lasting customer relationships. This position is on-site and reports to our Eden Prairie, MN branch./ppstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pulliSell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold-calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses./liliConduct inspections to identify infestations, or conditions conducive to infestations, of wood destroying organisms and/or insects or other vertebrate pests, to make proposals and presentations to obtain sales contracts./liliCover sales leads in assigned branch and/or territory and develop multiple additional service and/or pest control sales leads creatively for each respective lead furnished./liliPrepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy./liliRegularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the company Vehicle Policy./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili6+ months of related experience or training in sales and dealing with the public/liliMust be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid drivers license. get paid every Friday!/strong/liliThis position offers an hourly base pay of strong$18.00/hr/strong plus commission, with most team members earning between strong$60,000-90,000+/strong with additional compensation opportunities.
