In this role, you will educate clients on Medicare options (Parts C
D as well as Med Supp/MediGap and ancillary products), recommend suitable plans based on their needs, and help with enrollment and transitions between plans./ppJob Responsibilities/pulliEducate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options./liliAssist with plan enrollment and transitions./liliConduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations./liliEnsure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines./liliEffectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy./liliMaintain accurate records and documentation./liliProvide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions./li/ulpMinimum Qualifications/pulliHolds valid health insurance license./liliCan provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere./liliCurrent plan year AHIP certification./liliUnderstanding of sales and ability to generate revenue./liliCapability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with multiple insurance carriers (3 main MAPD carriers or 2 main MAPD carriers and one approved secondary carrier.)/liulliMain MAPD carriers: United Healthcare, Humana, Aetna/liliSecondary carriers: Cigna, Anthem, Wellcare, Zing, Devoted/li/ulliComfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance./liliAbility to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations./liliStrong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills./liliMust be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship./li/ulpIf you are a licensed, highly motivated individual who shares our core values, has a passion for helping Medicare-eligible seniors, and a drive for sales success, we encourage you to apply and become part of the Exact Medicare team!/p/div
