The Consultant acts as the conduit between the Customer and Technical teams, providing guidance that ensures the technical capabilities of our software customisations match agreed requirements. The jobholder will also provide requirements analysis, solution and configuration design, customisation solution design, implementation, training, integration, testing and production support to customers either on-site or remotely./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliAble to define the requirements of the customer and play them back to the customer to agree them./liliAble to learn, articulate, configure and design a solution for the requirements of customers./liliTakes task ownership for ensuring the customers requirements, issues are solved regardless of functional or technical in nature./liliDevelops and maintains strong, productive relationships with customers, partners and internal teams./liliRun customer workshops to enable the implementation of the solution./liliTrain project team and end users on business solution./liliProduce detailed requirements, design, configuration, test and cutover documentation agreed with the customer./liliActs as a conduit between the Customer and Flintfox teams seeking resolutions in both implementations and support./liliWorks on multiple projects including implementations and support./liliMaintains a working knowledge of functional and technical competencies, implementation and support methodologies./liliProvides solution design and triage support to customers./liliAsks questions and is curious about why customers choose Flintfox, and why Flintfox solutions exist./liliRelates requirements from the Customer to the development team members./liliQuality assures the technical capabilities of software customisations meets agreed Customer requirements./liliCreates Business Requirements Documentation scoping requirements to be met./liliCreates Solution Design, Configuration and Functional Design Documents for standard Flintfox solutions and its customization./liliContributes to the successful implementation and triage of proposed solution designs./liliDrives for closure of all functional and technical troubleshooting for both support and implementation customers./liliSupports the delivery of the resolution of project and support issues to be as planned./liliWrite test scripts based on requirements and carries out testing/liliEffectively communicates and works with other team members to achieve organization objectives./liliUndertake additional tasks, responsibilities, and ad-hoc projects as and when requested./liliEnsure all billable work is billed effectively./liliMaximizes opportunities for billable work./liliEnsure timesheets are recorded daily and submitted weekly./li/ulh3Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/h3ulliAt least 2 years experience in ERP implementations either within the implementing organization or implementation partner./liliBusiness Analysis ability to capture business requirements, document them and agree them with the customer./liliDevelop and agree Acceptance Criteria for Solution Designs with Customer/liliConfiguration certification in setting up ERP solutions to meet business requirements./liliTriages and troubleshoots both implemented designs, and new solution designs quickly and accurately./liliDemonstrates working knowledge of the Order to Cash or Procure to Pay processes./liliIntermediate understanding of Trade Spend terminology, types of trade spend and business reasons for tracking it./liliIntermediate understanding of the sales/purchase order terminology and how price/discounts are generated./liliAble to demonstrate understanding of a Profit and Loss Statement/liliBasic to intermediate understanding of accounting journal entries, T-accounts, accrual and settlements./liliGood communication and presentational skills./liliAbility to be clear and concise when presenting ideas and solutions./liliExperience in creating implementation documents such as Business Requirements Document, Functional Design Documents, Configuration Documents, Test Scripts./liliExperienced at writing test scripts and testing solutions to meet defined business requirements./li/ulh3Required Education and Experience/h3ulliRelevant post-secondary qualification in business administration, Information Technology Systems, ERP Certification/liliAt least 2 years experience in ERP implementations either within the implementing organization or implementation partner./liliExperience in defining requirements and creating solution design./liliExperience in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or Manufacturing with an understanding of related business processes./liliERP Functional Certifications./li/ulh3Travel/h3ulliOur roles may require some travel, with a typical average being in the region of up to 20%.
