If you thrive in networking environments, love connecting with healthcare professionals, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors, wed love to meet you./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, case managers, and social workers./liliRepresent Qualicare at community events, health fairs, professional mixers, and networking functions./liliConduct outreach visits and deliver educational presentations to promote Qualicares services and generate referrals./liliTrack referral activity and market trends to support sales strategy and territory growth./liliPartner with intake and clinical teams to ensure a smooth transition from referral to admission./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliAssociates degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)./liliMinimum 2 years of business development or sales experience in home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare industry./liliEstablished network of referral sources strongly preferred./liliProven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive census growth./liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse professional groups./liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities./liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively./liliValid drivers license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within assigned territory./li/ulh3Compensation
