divh2Account Executive For Autodesk Construction Cloud/h2pThe Account Executive for Autodesk Construction Cloud is a sales professional focused on driving business growth in the construction technology market by representing Autodesk Construction Solutions and selling the ACC portfolio of solutions./ppResponsibilities:/pulliOwn and grow a defined sales territory, developing and executing a strategic territory plan to drive pipeline, revenue, and market penetration/liliGenerate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and targeted account outreach/liliManage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solution positioning, negotiation, and close/liliConsistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined execution and deal management/liliAccurately forecast pipeline and revenue, maintaining strong CRM hygiene and using Salesforce to track activity, opportunities, and deal progress/liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers in the construction industry/liliDeliver product demos and presentations tailored to customer needs and workflows/liliWork closely with technical teams, marketing, customer success, and partners to support customers through sales and into onboarding/liliStay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and market insights to position ACC solutions effectively/liliSupport customer retention and expansion through collaboration with renewals and success teams/lipMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent work experience and education/liliProven track record of success in SaaS or technology sales, preferably with experience in the construction or enterprise software market/liliProven outbound selling experience, including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, and proactive account penetration to generate net-new pipeline/liliStrong territory planning and execution skills, with experience building and managing a strategic territory plan that drives consistent pipeline coverage (35x quota)/liliConsultative / solution-based selling background, with the ability to uncover customer pain points, align solutions to business outcomes, and clearly articulate value and ROI/liliEnthusiastic and dedicated approach to understanding customers needs and ensuring they realize the full value of our products and services/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliSales Experience: 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in construction or similar selling environments, with a consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving revenue growth/liliComfortable with high-activity sales motions, including daily outbound outreach, follow-ups, discovery calls, demos, and deal progression/liliExperience expanding existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and multi-product adoption while continuing to prospect for new logos/li/ul/ul/div
