This position will be responsible for managing large key accounts, building relationships and closing new MedTech enterprise accounts to meet sales targets. Someone who is a self-starter, eager to work in a fast-growing startup, and quick to develop trust and provide value to prospective customers will do well in this position. This position will be onsite in our Kendall Square office./ppApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment Visas (including H-1B), F-1 visas, or Optional Practical Training (OPT) status at this time./ph3Responsibilities:/h3ulliNavigate complex procurement processes with multi-department stakeholders including legal, compliance, and executive teams at $1B+ medical device companies./liliOrchestrate strategic sales cycles averaging 7-12 months with deal sizes of $300K+ annually, managing multiple touchpoints across C-suite and department heads./liliLead multi-threaded sales engagements across multiple departments within target accounts, building consensus among diverse buyer groups and technical stakeholders./liliPartner with sales engineering teams to deliver comprehensive technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for complex enterprise environments./liliDevelop territory-specific account strategies for named accounts in neurosciences, cardiovascular technology, and other MedTech sectors, focusing on companies bringing first-time devices to market./liliManage strategic relationships with key decision makers at companies transitioning from startup to enterprise scale ($500M-$1B+ revenue range)./liliCoordinate with legal and procurement departments throughout contract negotiations, handling enterprise-level compliance requirements and multi-year licensing agreements./liliExecute land-and-expand strategies with initial implementations of $100K+ that scale across multiple business units and geographical locations./li/ulh3Required Skills:/h3ulli5-10 years of B2B SaaS sales experience./liliMinimum of 2 years enterprise focused sales./liliProven experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles, typically involving a 6-9 month procurement process./liliAbility to grasp extremely complex technical concepts quickly./liliStrong written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision makers./liliAbility to convey complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner./liliA results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets./liliStrong organizational skills and habits./liliA proactive mindset, eager and open to learn and grow in a fast-paced, startup environment./liliPassion for healthcare technology and the ability to connect with leaders in the medical device industry./liliCurrently in the Greater Boston area, willing to work in office, or, if not in the area, able to relocate immediately./li/ulh3Preferred Skills:/h3ulliPrevious experience in a startup environment strongly preferred./liliBackground in Engineering, Life Sciences, or other regulated industry./li/ulpKeywords: sales, B2B, customer success, client success, AE, enterprise accounts, leads, cold calls, business development, client development, Cambridge, MA, startup, software development, Kendall Square/ppWhat We Offer:/pulliCompetitive compensation/liliGenerous stock options possible/liliWork in an exciting field with a positive impact on the world/liliOpportunity to learn and grow as part of a global team/liliHybrid work model (mix of work from home and office is possible)/liliGenerous PTO for full-time/li/ulpKetryx is an equal opportunity employer.
