In this role, youll lead by example on the sales floorengaging customers, uncovering their needs, and delivering personalized solutions that reflect their style and our brand./ppThis role will also perform management duties, such as opening and closing the store, as well as operational and visual merchandising tasks./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDeliver an outstanding customer experience by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, and offering tailored product recommendations./liliLead and support the sales team in achieving daily and weekly sales goals through coaching, motivation, and hands-on selling./liliFoster a welcoming and inspiring store environment that reflects our brand and encourages customer engagement./liliStay informed on product features, trends, and promotions to confidently educate customers and drive sales./liliAssist with store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and maintaining visual standards and store cleanliness./liliProvide real-time feedback and support to team members to ensure consistent service excellence./liliResolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset./liliAssist in training and mentoring sales associates to ensure a high-performing team./liliHelp execute visual merchandising plans and ensure product displays are well-stocked and appealing./liliMonitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store goals./liliHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner./liliUphold all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliMinimum 1 year management experience in a retail or service industry preferred/liliStrong communication and interpersonal skills./liliPassion for home decor and a keen eye for design./liliSelf-motivated, dependable, and team oriented./liliExcellent customer service skills./liliStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills./liliAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals./liliAbility to analyze data and make informed decisions./liliProficiency in retail management systems and Microsoft Office./liliAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays./liliMust be able to ascend/descend a ladder to retrieve and stock products on the shelf or to hang overhead banners/product./liliFrequently positions self to retrieve and stock products in the stock room and sales floor and to place merchandise in bags./liliMust be able to constantly move around the store for prolonged periods to greet and assist customers./liliMust be able to frequently communicate with the customers in person, electronically, and telephonically./liliMust be able to frequently move merchandise that is 50 pounds or more to and from the stockroom to sales floor./liliMust be able to operate a Point-of-Sale system, registers and handheld devices efficiently and accurately./li/ul/div
