As a Collections Representative, you will have the opportunity to ensure positive interactions with our small business customers when they have encountered a hardship./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliHandle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments/liliFind solutions for customers who are past due on their account to get them back up to date/liliFollow up with customers via email and answer any questions that they may have/liliMaintain accurate, up-to-date information of customer interactions/liliMove existing customers through various stages of delinquency with a proficiency to bring loans to a current status/liliFollow all collection laws and legal practice/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliStrong verbal communication and negotiation skills/liliAptitude to express empathy and patience while discussing sensitive issues/liliAbility to balance multiple priorities, independently problem solve, and effectively handle changing situations/liliThe drive to exceed your goals in a fast-paced, metric driven environment/liliComputer proficiency and accurate data entry skills required/liliPrior experience using Salesforce is a plus/liliKnowledge of FDCPA and FCRA practices/li/ulh3Compensation/h3pThe budgeted hourly rate for this position is $25.00.
