This includes, but not limited to: drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams/liliEnter billing information and collect payment when required/liliWill be required to coach, mentor, instruct, and be a resource advisor for new employees, as well as be the point of contact to staff on site and provide regular input to the group lead or supervisor/liliTravel to additional doctors office or Patient Service Center sites when needed/li/ulh2Qualifications/h2pstrongRequired Education/strong/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliMedical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred./liliPhlebotomy certification preferred. Required in California, Nevada, and Washington./li/ulpstrongWork Experience/strong/pulliFive years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections./liliMinimum 3 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred./liliCustomer service in a retail or service environment preferred./liliKeyboard/data entry experience./li/ulpThe position requires the ability to effectively communicate in English./ph2About the Team/h2pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
