Another required visit for 2-3 days in March./ppThe Field Sales Trainer for the Uplift Program serves as an on-site ambassador for one of the worlds premier airlines, championing a specialized internal program to increase employee engagement and adoption. The position requires frequent travel to airports across an assigned region to deliver impactful training, energize internal teams, support product sales efforts, and oversee all related follow-up, documentation, and reporting from a home office. This is a highly visible role requiring strong selling ability, executive-level presence, and the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels. Travel:/pulliApproximately 30% travel to airports within an assigned region/liliApproximately 70% work from a home office/liliTravel may include early mornings, occasional evenings, and flexible scheduling to align with airport operations/li/ulpKey Responsibilities:/pulliServe as the face of the Uplift Program, representing one of the worlds top airlines with professionalism, energy, and credibility/liliVisit airports within an assigned territory to promote program awareness and adoption/liliTrain internal airline employees on program features, benefits, and best practices/liliDeliver engaging, polished presentations tailored to various internal audiences/liliBuild strong relationships with frontline employees, managers, and local leadership/liliMaintain accurate records of visits, trainings, and outcomes using CRM and reporting tools/liliExecute consistent follow-up to reinforce training, answer questions, and support program success/liliProvide feedback and insights from the field to leadership to help refine strategy and execution/li/ulpQualifications
