The Loan Servicing Specialist will: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through phone calls, email, and loan desk tickets. Be responsible for all aspects of loan maintenance, to include processing payments, payoffs, payment corrections, and wires. Be responsible for the setup of all loan types in the bank's core system and/or perform quality control of loan setup. Review annual escrow analysis, track and pay property taxes and insurance (flood, private mortgage insurance, hazard), and set up and/or cancel escrow accounts. Perform title tracking to ensure liens are added and/or released timely on titled collateral and real property. Ensure timely and accurate credit reporting on applicable loan types. Complete other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent, and one year of experience in banking, finance, office or clerical support, or related role. Preferred Qualifications
Two years of experience in banking or finance. Job Requirements
