As an Auto Detailer and Car Washer, you will lead our commitment to exceptional cleaning practices, exceeding standard protocols to ensure the health and safety of everyone./ppYou will be responsible for washing, cleaning, sanitizing, inspecting, and preparing a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and vans, ensuring they meet our high cleanliness and safety standards for customer rentals./ppThe Car Sales Automotive Detailer will clean the interior, exterior and refurbish used vehicles to prepare for sale. This employee will exhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform and personal protective equipment requirements while adhering to local environmental regulations./pulliClean, sanitize, vacuum, and prepare vehicle interior according to industry-standard protocols/liliPolish, wax and buff exterior of vehicles which might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks./liliVacuum interior, floor, seats, ashtray and trunk/liliShampoo/Clean carpets, floor mats and upholstery/liliOperate tools such as carpet shampoo machines or air purifiers to eliminate stains, pet hair, and odors/liliMay use detail methods such as wet sand and clay bar/liliMaintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions/liliApply engine degreaser application to the engine/liliMaintain an inventory of cleaning supplies/liliExhibit a professional appearance and comply with all uniform requirements/liliAdhere to local environmental regulations/liliWork is performed outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environment/li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities/pulliSeek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting/liliMaintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality/liliPerform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/ppMust be at least 18 years of age/ppThe ability to operate a motor vehicle is an essential function of this position.
