One Data Streaming Platform./ppAs the Sales Development Intern, you will play a critical role in becoming the engine behind the Confluent Sales Team. You will work closely with our SDR Global Leadership team on projects to improve internal processes and increase pipeline generation. The SDR organization at Confluent fuels pipeline generation for the global Sales organization and develops strong, future AE talent. As a member of the SDR team you will learn the sales fundamentals and how a Sales Development organization operates effectively./ppOur internship program is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. As a member of the team you will:/pulliHone your technical toolkit and soft skills/liliLearn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work/liliDevelop business, personal and technical skills to use throughout your career/liliAlign closely with SDR teams to learn SDR fundamentals including prospecting skills and product knowledge/liliWork with SDR Operations
