exterior)./liliConduct daily vehicle inspections (complete daily inspection checklist): check and replace or replenish fluids as needed (gas, oil, transmission, windshield wiper, brake fluids, etc.)./liliPerform minor maintenance tasks: check tires, wiper blades, etc., and take necessary actions to ensure safety./liliCommunicate/escalate if more advanced or complex maintenance is required./liliResponsible for transporting to repair shop (as needed)/li/ulliTransportation:/liulliPick up vehicle from assigned parking location and drive to assigned field location./liliLift, pack, and transport marketing equipment, materials, and supplies to field representatives./liliComply with DOT and local traffic regulations./liliAt the end of shift, pack up vehicle and return it back to assigned parking location./liliUnload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed./li/ulliMiscellaneous:/liulliConduct supply inventory checks and order replenishments as necessary./liliSafeguard confidential documents and deliver them securely to appropriate staff within 24 hours./liliAssist in onboarding/training new drivers./liliPerform other related duties/tasks as directed, assigned, or required./li/ul/ulpQualifications:/ppEducation, Training, Licenses, Certifications:/pulliBachelors Degree./liliUnrestricted NYS drivers License./li/ulpRelevant Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:/pulli2
3+ years of relevant, professional work experience./liliExtensive experience driving in various NY neighborhoods./liliAdditional experience/specialized training may be considered in lieu of degree requirement./liliProficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)./liliAbility to perform minor vehicular maintenance tasks (e.g., checking and replacing wiper fluid, checking oil/fuel levels, checking tires, etc.)./liliAbility to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs./liliStrong communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal) with all types/levels of audiences./liliStrong organizational skills; ability to manage and maintain inventories./liliPrioritizing and problem-solving skills; ability to effectively manage logistical tasks./liliMust be willing and able to work off hours such as evenings, weekends, holidays, etc. as needed./li/ul/div
