Ecumen Pathstone consists of assisted living, long-term care, rehabilitation care, memory care, adult day services, and independent living. Full-time schedule. Monday - Friday 9a-4p. Every other Saturday 9a-4p./ppPay: The targeted pay range for this job is $17.00 - $19.00 per hour. Learn more at https://www.ecumen.org/find-a-career/benefits/./ppEssential Job Responsibilities:/polliLeads and assists with individual and group activities, transport residents, notifies, encourages and assures resident participation in appropriate recreational activities according to their individual needs and plan of care, and documents resident participation as appropriate./liliEmpowers residents to develop interpersonal relationships, socialize effectively and develop confidence to participate in individual and group activity programming./liliEnsures residents arrive at scheduled activities, outings and appointments in a timely manner. Transporting residents as needed./liliMaintains supplies in an orderly manner, notifies supervisor of supply needs in a timely manner./liliMonitors daily and monthly calendars of events, outings and other recreational opportunities for residents./liliAssists and supports all workers and positions in the building; identifies what needs to be done and assists as needed./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/olpMinimum Required Qualifications:/pulliMust be 16 years of age or older/liliValid Drivers License, proof of insurance and satisfactory motor vehicle record/liliAbility to communicate effectively both verbal and written/liliAbility to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to: Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Residents Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED/liliPrevious experience caring for seniors/liliActivity Assistant Certified, ADC, CTRC/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
