Come build the future of pharmacy with us./ppThe Client Sales Executive is a dedicated sales position responsible for supporting the growth of the clients Administrative Services Only (ASO) member business by providing customized sales support as part of our integrated approach. This role will proactively develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies in coordination with the client, EmblemHealth, to achieve local market growth across all their member segments. This position leads the pharmacy sales process including the Request For Proposal (RFP) process, contract negotiations, site visits and follow up meetings./ppResponsibilities:/pulliDevelop and execute strategic sales plans that prioritize high-value accounts and drive prospecting activities in collaboration with EmblemHealth; maintain accurate pipeline status and deliver timely sales reporting and forecasting through the CRM platform/liliBuild and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and EmblemHealths sales and account management teams to ensure alignment and maximize partnership opportunities/liliDemonstrate deep knowledge of Primes products and services, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities; effectively communicate Primes value proposition to prospective clients/liliCollaborate with internal leaders and executives to shape message positioning, prospect development strategies, and sales collateral needs through proposals; ensure Primes key messages are consistently delivered to EmblemHealths sales and account management teams/liliIn partnership with Prime leadership, participate in Go-to-Market strategy sessions to review performance, recommend product and service enhancements, and execute market-driven plans/liliEducate client sales, marketing, and account management teams on industry trends, new product developments, and competitive insights; provide impactful collateral and sales support to accelerate the sales process/liliManage contracting processes for sales agreements, ensuring timely execution, compliance with organizational standards, and alignment with negotiated terms to support revenue goals/liliOther duties as assigned/li/ulpMinimum Qualifications:/pulliBachelors Degree in business, marketing, sales or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; High school diploma or GED required/lili7 years of work experience in direct sales, sales support, business development, and/or client management in the health care or PBM industry/liliMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship/li/ulpAdditional Qualifications:/pulliStrong knowledge of PBM strategies, pricing, trends and market dynamics to evaluate and create integrated sales opportunities/liliAbility to develop and deliver effective messages, presentations and proposals to sell integrated pharmacy solutions/liliExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills/liliAbility to build and maintain strong relationships with client and internal teams/liliStrong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and proposals/liliMust be internally driven and results-oriented to succeed in a sales environment/liliWorking knowledge of CRM tool/liliAbility to travel up to 40%/li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliExperience selling to health plans, employer groups, and/or labor unions/labor groups/liliExperience in Medicare / Government programs/li/ulpEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
