divh2Senior Transaction Manager/h2pAs a CBRE Senior Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio of commercial properties. This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliProvide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees./liliCoordinate and manage the teams daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed./liliImplement complex real estate plans with an understanding of the clients strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones./liliAct as a landlord or seller agent and tenant or buyer agent and effectively negotiate the business terms and conditions./liliCoordinate the negotiation of sales through a field broker. This includes negotiating leases and lease amendments, monitoring lease expirations, and negotiating lease renewals in time./liliLocate and acquire new properties to meet the clients requirements and timeline./liliReview, evaluate, and interpret financial analysis templates. This includes book and cash flow projections, NPV or IRR financial analyses to enable clients to make more informed decisions./liliWork closely with the company or clients Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance and Accounting teams to ensure integration between the service lines./liliPrepare commission forecasts and vouchers, and track all savings results achieved on behalf of clients./liliMonitor a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion; prepare reports and make presentations to relevant parties./liliApply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives./liliLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans./liliIdentify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity./liliUnderstand and recognize the broader impact across the department./liliImprove and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline./li/ulpWhat Youll Need:/pulliBachelors Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered./liliReal Estate salesperson license required./liliThe innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions./liliAbility to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business./liliIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc./liliExpert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset./liliHighly sophisticated math skills. The minimum salary for the Senior Transaction Manager position is $110,000 annually or ($52.89 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Senior Transaction Manager position is $170,000 annually [or $81.74 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBREs applicable benefit program.
