Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry, Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up./ppSchedule: Monday- Friday 8 am - 5pm/ppPay $17.77-28.42 Based on experience/ph3Responsibilities/h3pWork together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions./ppEnsuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders./ppCoordinate deliveries on behalf of customers./ppAnswer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions./ppAbility to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system./ph3Qualifications/h3p1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience is preferred./ppExhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell./ppProven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisions in a timely manner./ppAbility to react well in a fast-paced environment
