This is a non-exempt, 100% onsite position with the scheduled hours of 8:30a.m to 5:00p.m for a total of 37.5 hours per week./ph3Essential Job Responsibilities/h3olliProvide records creation, circulation, storage, tracking, transfer and retention services defined or outlined in EPIQs service agreement with client/liliProvide support for miscellaneous requests with a can do attitude and philosophy/liliMaintain a positive team-player mentality/liliAccurately communicate with client staff and EPIQ team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc./liliDeliver on service commitments in a timely and accurate manner/liliInvest proper effort and QC approach to deliver highest quality work and service/liliComply with EPIQs standards of operations as set forth in the contract agreement, the site operations manual, and the employee handbook/liliExpected to uphold the Standards of Service and best practices developed by EPIQ/liliFollow established guidelines and procedures for creating, circulating, storing, tracking, transferring and destroying client records/liliMonitor and listen to clients to understand inquiries and requests in order to provide accurate information about the facilities and services with prompt assistance/liliTracking the circulation of files to and from client staff in Records Management System (RMS) database/liliPreparing inactive files for offsite storage or digitization, performing file culling activities as instructed/liliTracking the activity of inventory sent and retrieved from offsite storage vendors/liliRegistration of new files in RMS to store physical records as instructed/liliPerform regular inventory of files stored onsite in client facilities, including exception reporting/liliAssist client staff with identifying the existence and/or location of relevant information/liliAssist client with file transfer activities, obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment as instructed/liliAssist client with retention activities, including obtaining relevant files, preparing file indexes, staging for review, and preparing for shipment or secure destruction as instructed/liliAssist client with clean-up activities, including triage, categorization, and appropriate storage or disposition of content/li/olh3Qualifications
Requirements/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED/lili1 year file, records, imaging/scanning experience/liliFamiliarity with FileTrail, iManage Records Manager, Autonomy Records Manager (FileSurf), LegalKey, NetDocument, OpenTEXT DM or similar Records Management Systems/liliStrong verbal and written communication skills/liliDetail oriented and attention to detail and accuracy/liliGood organization skills with ability to manage multiple tasks/liliAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater/liliAbility to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs./liliAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time/li/ulpThe compensation range for this role is 16.53 to 22.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
