divh2Job Opportunity: Account Service Representative (Personal Banker)/h2pLiberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking an energetic Account Service Representative (Personal Banker) for the Louisville, KY region. The ability to provide exceptional member service while promoting credit union products and services is required. Networking opportunities within the organization are available as the successful candidate will be scheduled to float to our various branch locations and, possibly, assist in other departments as needed. An initial six-eight week paid training program will be held in Evansville, IN. Approved travel expenses (hotel, meals, mileage, etc) will be included./ppDuties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:/pulliServe as a primary Account Service Representative (Personal Banker). Meet with members to determine their banking needs and recommend appropriate accounts./liliAssist members with enrolling in credit union products and services./liliMaintain an active knowledge base of credit union account types, services, guidelines, policies, and procedures./liliEnsure all required account documents are completed accurately./liliStrive to meet cross sell goals./liliAssist members with certificates, IRA and HSA accounts./liliServe as a Notary Public and Signature Guarantee for credit union transactions./liliOpen and close safe deposit boxes./liliMaintain a working knowledge of the credit unions core processing system./liliServe as a Consumer Loan Processor. Meet with members to determine their lending needs and recommend appropriate loan type./liliMaintain an active knowledge base of lending products, guidelines, policies, and procedures./liliIdentify and recommend additional products that meets the members needs./liliEnsure all required lending documents are completed accurately./liliMake follow up outbound calls to members to inquire about lending needs./liliServe as back-up Member Service Representative (MSR). Perform various member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments./liliEnsure transactions are posted efficiently and correctly./liliAssist in balancing branch cash machines./liliEnsure cash drawer is in balance daily./liliAnswer member telephone inquiries./liliStrive to meet MSR cross sell goals and work to support all branch goals and initiatives./liliOpen and close the office on a rotating basis or when necessary./liliServe as Saturday manager or any other assigned position on a rotating basis./liliDevelop a working knowledge of the credit unions data and word processing system./liliAny other duties assigned by my supervisor or management./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliMust have a HS diploma or GED and be at least 18 years of age./liliMust be able to work a flexible schedule and travel to other office locations when needed./liliMust be able to stand for long periods of time and do some heavy lifting./liliMust have 1-2 years of cash handling experience./liliBanking experience is desired./li/ulpBenefits and Compensation:/pulliBonus and incentive opportunities/liliPaid Holidays/liliPaid Time Off (Vacation, Sick and Personal Days)/liliMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance/lili401(k) retirement program with matching funds/liliEmployer paid Group Term Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance/liliTuition Reimbursement Program/li/ulpLiberty FCU is an Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority/Female/Disability/Protected Veteran.
