We specialize in evaluating each customers application and providing the most energy efficient and effective air system solution./ppWe are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Sales Support Administrator - Blowers for our Fredericksburg location./ppJob Description/ppThe selected candidate will:/polliTrack projects from shipment to completion in order to make sure Kaeser exceeds customer expectations for communication, technical support and project completion, and quickly address and resolve any customer issues./liliFacilitate communication with applicable Kaeser Departments to ensure a smooth commissioning process./liliBuild and maintain project calendar to ensure timelines are met./liliConfirm all required documentation from the end user is completed./liliMonitor the lead-times for open projects and communicate any delays as they occur./liliCoordinate with appropriate technical and service teams to schedule startup, installation and commissioning of equipment./liliAssist Kaeser District Managers and National Sales Manager as needed./li/olpRequired Qualifications/ppThe successful candidates background will include:/pulliHigh School Diploma required; College Degree preferred./lili1-2 years of project management experience preferred./liliGood communication skills/phone skills required./liliComputer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint./liliSAP experience preferred./liliPhysical attendance at the worksite as required./li/ulpWe offer a competitive salary, excellent benefit package including Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as an on-site exercise facility, free exercise classes and a health and wellness program.
