The HIRM is the professional insurance resource to community residents and their families on matters pertaining to the Erickson Advantage Health Plan and insurance matters in general./ppErickson Advantage, the health plan created exclusively for residents of our communities, has earned 5 out of 5 stars from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, for 6 consecutive years./ppThis role is 32 hours per week, with benefits. 47,000 per year, plus generous sales commissions and eligibility for annual bonus./ppHow you will make an impact:/pulliReview employer group coverage to aid the resident and/or family member to better understand their benefits./liliBe knowledgeable of all applicable CMS regulations and guidelines of specific Medicare Advantage Plans./liliCreate sales events intended to allow new and existing Erickson residents to make sound choices about their health care insurance coverage needs./liliAssists residents in further evaluating their employer sponsored or other supplemental insurance options, during Open Enrollment./liliConduct Erickson Advantage (EA) specific marketing activities utilizing CMS approved marketing materials./liliComplete all management required reports pertaining to prospect tracking and reporting./liliProvide prompt service, i.e., respond to general benefit questions; and resolve inbound questions and concerns in a timely manner./liliProvide feedback and escalations to senior management regarding necessary member care or coverage issues./liliFully participate in Community resident prospecting events, help to register prospective new residents; conduct tours; and answer questions about Community activities and amenities./liliParticipation in Community sponsored events during core hours as well as evenings and weekends./li/ulpWhat you will need:/pulliAt least 3 years of work experience or relevant coursework/liliStrong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills/liliProficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications/liliHealth insurance license in NJ will be required/lipPlease note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
