Long-Term Disability, 401K/ESOP, Professional Development/ppHOURS NEEDED: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Must be available between 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Saturday rotation - 8:30 a.m. - Noon/ph3Job Summary/h3pProvide excellent customer service in accordance with bank standards while working closely with customers, lenders, title and insurance companies and other related organizations. Support lenders in the processing, documentation and compliance of consumer and commercial loans. Present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all times. Recognize opportunities to cross sell bank products and services as appropriate./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliHandle customer needs and inquiries by providing accurate, efficient and confidential customer service./liliAdministrative support to the lenders in the setup and servicing of loans./liliSupport lenders with the loan processing, documentation and compliance in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements./liliParticipate in available training to strengthen job knowledge./liliDemonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing duties./liliFulfill business goals through participation in bank and community activities./li/ulh3Skill Requirements/h3ulliExcellent customer service skills and a positive attitude/liliProfessional and strong oral and written communication skills/liliDetail oriented and ability to multi-task are essential/liliStrong computer skills/li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3pThis position is largely sedentary; however it does require some degree of bending, standing, walking and twisting. The use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, etc.) and ability to read and enter information onto a computer screen, and to assist customers over the phone is also required./ppThe physical requirements described above represent those that must be met by an individual to successfully perform the essentials functions of this position.
