Youll work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product departments to learn about the product and the value we offer to existing/prospective clients. Our Account Executives take pride in picking up the phone, setting up in-person meetings to understand prospective client needs. They also have the ability to ask key questions and deliver compelling reasons to act. You recognize that winning in a world of reluctant and risk-averse customers means leading customer meetings with insight, and challenging customer assumptions to mobilize them around a purchase. You have a proven track record of acquiring a deep understanding of the customers business and using that understanding to push the customers thinking and teaching them something new about how they can operate more efficiently / effectively./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliTake full accountability of managing all phases of the sales cycles for assigned region from prospecting, discovery, initial platform demo to close./liliBuild a pipeline through successful outbound calls, email communications, events and face-to-face meetings./liliMeeting and exceeding sales quotas and metrics./liliProactively and diligently maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing initiatives and leverage them accordingly in all opportunities throughout the sales cycle./liliAct as the evangelist of not only KEV products and services but also of the overall brand and reputation of the Company./liliMaintain credible, trusted relationships with all internal and external stakeholders, prospective and existing customers./liliWorking collaboratively with Customer Success to ensure the successful onboarding of new customers./liliAssist other sales staff with closing their leads as needed./liliAttend conferences as a KEV representative, generate sales, and present as needed./liliWeekly accountability for reporting activities, opportunity development and forecasting, data updates, and accuracy in the CRM system/li/ulh3Requirements and Skills/h3ulliDriven, goal-oriented and entrepreneurial sales professional./liliHave 5+ years of K-12 or fintech SaaS selling experience./liliStrong track record of meeting sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirements./liliStrong relationship-management skills./liliExcellent written, oral communication and presentation skills./liliUnderstanding of K-12 industry; and if you have used or product thats even better!/liliWill work remotely but must be open to frequent travel in your assigned region/li/ulpBase Pay Range - 85,000-120,000, OTE Range - $170,000-210,000/ppNote: We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies.
