divh2Leasing Consultant/h2pKETTLER currently has an opening for a Leasing Consultant at Hawkins Press, an apartment community located in Charlotte, NC./ppThe Leasing Consultant, under the direction of the Community Manager, is responsible for maximizing property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service./ph3Responsibilities/h3olliGreeting prospective residents and providing them with property tours./liliPerforming proper outreach marketing./liliHelp create engaging social media initiatives to connect residents, and manage posts./liliDaily follow up on all prospects to make sure all questions are answered and a high touch approach adhered to./liliAssisting with resident retention./liliSupport efforts to partner with nearby businesses, events, and other local organizations./liliWalking the marketing path daily./liliProviding excellent customer service to residents and prospects./liliProcessing lease applications and qualifying residents./liliSupporting the Community Manager with general office maintenance by answering phones and performing other administrative tasks./liliPlay a key role in resolving resident concerns and issues./liliOther duties as assigned./li/olh3Qualifications/h3ulliAt least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience is required, preferably in residential property management./liliHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred./liliCustomer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset./liliMust be able to work on weekends and holidays./liliComputer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner./liliFamiliarity with social media platforms, as well as best practices for businesses./li/ul/div
