divh2Fire Extinguisher Sales Representative/h2pThe primary function of this position is to sell new inspection/service for fire extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems. This position reports directly to the Fire Extinguisher Sales Manager./ppThis job requires the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment with a focus on sales, prospecting for new clients, and customer service. It will require travel to potential/existing customer sites./ph3Essential Duties

Responsibilities/h3pInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned./pulliEstablish contracts and qualify potential buyers of contracts by various methods such as telephone calls, scheduling sales calls, and cold calling to determine customer needs./liliPrepare quotes for existing customers as required./liliConduct building surveys to gather information to prepare quotes and gain customer understanding of company service offerings./liliDevelop and maintain an active proposal backlog that supports the assigned sales budget./liliClose sufficient sales to meet sales budget./liliMaintain correct and complete records utilizing Sales CRM System./liliSubmit all required correspondence in an accurate and timely manner./liliAttend Inspection

Suppression Department meetings./liliDevelop and maintain an ongoing and positive working relationship with the Suppression Manager, Administrative Assistants, Field Coordinators, Inspectors, and Service Technicians./li/ulpSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/ppThis position has no supervisory responsibilities./ph3Qualifications/h3pTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Eye, head, and/or hearing protective equipment may be required while performing the duties of the job. Operation of a computer keyboard, telephone, hand calculator, and/or a copier/fax machine are required. The employee must be able to understand addition and subtraction, simple math, simple drawings, technical instructions, simple memos and business letters. In addition, the employee must be able to write simple memos and business letters.
