This role is focused on new business development, building relationships with decision-makers, and guiding prospects from initial outreach through contract execution. The ideal candidate understands consultative B2B sales and can articulate the business value of employee wellnessnot just the features./ph3Tasks/h3pstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliIdentify, prospect, and secure new corporate clients seeking employee wellness solutions/liliConduct outbound sales activities including cold outreach, warm leads, referrals, and networking/liliPresent and sell customized wellness programs (health coaching, fitness, challenges, workshops, etc.)/liliBuild relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, executives, and decision-makers/liliManage the full sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and close/liliMaintain accurate pipeline tracking, notes, and reporting within CRM or sales tracking tools/liliCollaborate with internal operations and wellness teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients/liliMeet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics/liliStay informed on corporate wellness trends, employer needs, and competitive offerings/li/ulh3Requirements/h3pstrongRequired Qualifications/strong/pulliProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness, benefits, healthcare, or professional services/liliDemonstrated success in new client acquisition/liliStrong consultative selling and relationship-building skills/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliAbility to confidently present to individuals and groups (virtual and/or onsite)/liliHighly organized with strong follow-through and time management skills/liliComfortable working independently and being accountable for results/li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/pulliExperience selling to HR, benefits, or executive leadership/liliFamiliarity with corporate wellness programs or employee benefits/liliExperience working with mid-size to large organizations/li/ulpstrongPerformance Expectations/strong/pulliConsistently generate qualified leads and maintain an active sales pipeline/liliClose new corporate accounts aligned with company pricing and program standards/liliAccurately document sales activity and forecasts/liliRepresent the company professionally and ethically at all times/li/ulh3Benefits/h3pstrongCompensation
