Target earnings of $50,000 to $100,000 + As a Leaf Home territory sales representative, you will work to provide potential customers with your expertise and education about the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. By doing a quick home inspection from the street we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges that Leaf Home has the solution for./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliGenerate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, going door to door and engaging prospective customers at their home about Leaf Home products (local travel required)./liliUtilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home and gather information for the sales team to reach out and schedule an in-person product demonstration./liliReport daily results to the field management team and develop a collaborative working relationship with other sales representatives./liliEnsure a high quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience./li/ulpExperience and Minimum Qualifications:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliValid Drivers license, a reliable personal vehicle./liliAbility to work evenings and weekends./liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately./liliHighly motivated to sell with a self-driven desire to meet and exceed goals./liliCustomer focused and results oriented./liliProfessional demeanor and attire./liliMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)./li/ulpPhysical Demands:/pulliWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
