divh2Federal Client Executive, IT Solutions - Sales/h2pAs a Federal Client Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with federal government agencies and departments. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and delivering IT solutions tailored to meet federal clients needs./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the federal government market./liliRelationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement officers in federal agencies./liliSales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets./liliProposal Management: Collaborate with internal teams to respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs, ensuring alignment with client requirements./liliMarket Expertise: Stay informed about federal procurement processes, regulations, and trends in government IT spending./liliProduct Knowledge: Present Xerox portfolio of IT solutions, including managed services, hardware, software, and cloud technologies, to federal clients./liliPipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the CRM system./liliCompliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with federal contracting rules and regulations./liliCollaboration: Work closely with technical teams, contract managers, and marketing to deliver customized solutions for clients./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience./lili5+ years of sales experience in the federal government sector./liliDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas./liliFamiliarity with federal procurement processes, including GSA schedules, IDIQs, and BPAs./liliStrong understanding of IT products and services, including cloud, hardware, and managed services./liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills./liliProficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite./li/ulpPreferred:/pulliEstablished relationships with federal agencies and system integrators./liliExperience working with or selling through government contracting vehicles./liliKnowledge of federal IT initiatives and policies (e.g., FITARA, FedRAMP)./liliActive security clearance or eligibility to obtain one./li/ulpXerox Benefits:/pulliCompetitive base salary with uncapped commission potential./liliComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans./liliOpportunities for career advancement in a growing organization./liliSupportive and collaborative team environment focused on success./li/ulpXerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
