Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Engineer is a key member of Bransons Sales organization. This will be a remote, home-office based position and may be located anywhere within Tennessee or surrounding area./ppstrongIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:/strong/pulliManage and grow sales within an assigned territory by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities./liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners./liliServe as the technical expert during sales presentations, product demonstrations, and customer meetings./liliUnderstand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their business needs./liliCollaborate with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to address technical questions and deliver customer-centric solutions./liliPrepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations./liliTrack and report sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends./liliParticipate in trade shows, industry events, and customer visits to promote company products./liliStay current with industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies./liliAchieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives./li/ulpstrongFor This Role, You Will Need:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred./lili5+ Proven years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering, preferably in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, software, electronics]/liliStrong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions./liliExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills./liliSelf-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities./liliAbility to travel regularly within the assigned territory./liliProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite./li/ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:/strong/pulliStrong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset./liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities./liliExperience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches./li/ulpstrongOur Culture
