This valued team member handles communication, design, and sales support duties for our busy team of kitchen remodelers. Design experience is highly desired. Ideal candidate needs to have strong customer service skills, work independently, be well organized and able to follow instructions. Position will be based in Grand Rapids design showroom./ph3Duties and Responsibilities/h3pManages customer experience through the kitchen and bathroom sale and installation/ppMeets with customers in showroom to finalize design selections/ppManages incoming sales leads to engage and create excitement for Kitchen Tune-Up/ppAssists customers in the showroom and sells as needed/ppHelps to generate marketing and social media content/ppWorks effectively with cross functional team of marketing, sales, and operations/ppUpdating and tracking sales pipeline/ppSupports Sales Representative throughout kitchen or bath sale/ppGathers before and after pictures and submits to customer file/ppMaintains central job filing system./ppPerforms job invoicing and statement mailings on a computer system./ppMaintains all leads in the computer mailing list program./ppMaintains adequate levels of literature inventory and keeps literature holders stocked/ppPrepares monthly sales performance report./ppHelps host seminars, showroom events, sales events or training programs as needed/ppProduct and Sample Ordering/ppManages production and installation schedule with customers/ppPerforms any other duties as required./ph3Our Expectations of You/h3pPersonally disciplined, self-motivated, driven/ppPassion for design/ppOrganized in thought and action/ppAble to stay focused on a task through completion/ppExhibit a strong work ethic/ppOptimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly/ppCurious to learn a new industry at a deep level/ppExcellent written and verbal communication skills/ppProficient in MS Outlook
