This position requires a strong attention to detail, accountability to self and others, and interdepartmental communication./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliSupport the CARE values of the organization./liliCommit to producing a quality product for our customers./liliAssemble base and wall Cabinets according to production standards and specifications./liliUtilize pre-kitted carts to efficiently build cabinet boxes./liliAttach parts and subassemblies together to form completed units, using glue, dowels, nails, screws, and/or clamps./liliMaintain a high level of precision and craftsmanship during the assembly process./liliAdhere to production schedules and meet daily output goals./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpstrongBasic Qualifications/strong/pulliExperience in woodworking or carpentry preferred./liliBasic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment/liliKnowledge of how to add and subtract measurements./liliProficient with reading measuring devices to include tape measures, straight rule, and levels./liliAble to identify proper tools needed to complete tasks and use them effectively./liliAbility to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods of time/liliDetail Oriented/li/ulpstrongPhysical Requirements/strong/pulliPosition requires constant physical effort both inside and outside of an air-conditioned environment./liliMust be able to lift/move in excess of 50 lbs. at a time/liliStand, walk, stoop, and perform motions for an extended period of time./li/ulpstrongSafety/strong/pulliThis position expects to adhere to all safety rules to include the use of all required protective personal equipment (PPE)./liliSafety glasses, ear plugs, and safety shoes are required.
