divh2Technical Advisor (SME)/h2pWiSC Enterprises is seeking a Technical Advisor (SME) to provide expert technical and analytical support to complex government programs and mission-critical systems. The Technical Advisor will lead assessments, analyze operational challenges, define user requirements, and recommend process, system, and configuration changes that improve efficiency and mission effectiveness. This senior-level role requires deep expertise, the ability to navigate competing priorities, and strong communication with senior stakeholders./ppResponsibilities:/pullipConduct research, data collection, and analysis to support studies, assessments, and projections./p/lilipCompile findings and prepare inputs for technical reports, operational summaries, and program documentation./p/lilipPerform assessments of complex systems and processes; recommend and institute changes to improve efficiency and performance./p/lilipPlan and conduct studies of work problems and procedures (e.g., organizational changes, information flow, production methods, cost analysis)./p/lilipRecommend improvements or modifications in workflows, sequence of operations, and equipment utilization./p/lilipExamine current and planned operations to define and coordinate user requirements that meet total program needs./p/lilipTranslate user requirements into system specifications, configuration management plans, life cycle management documentation, and integrated logistics support plans./p/lilipDevelop and write specifications, manuals, and user documentation for client and end-user personnel./p/lilipEngage with users to gather requirements, define work problems, and design processes or systems to address operational gaps./p/lilipProvide expert input and leadership on high-visibility, complex projects, advising senior stakeholders on strategic direction and technical feasibility./p/li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pullipActive Top Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)./p/lilipEducation and experience meeting SME-level requirements:/p/li/ulullipPhD + 10 years of relevant experience, OR/p/lilipMasters degree + 14 years of relevant experience, OR/p/lilipBachelors degree + 16 years of relevant experience./p/li/ullipProven track record of technical advising and systems analysis for U.S. government or defense programs./p/lilipExpertise in requirements definition, systems specification, configuration management, and process optimization./p/lilipStrong ability to understand and communicate program context, history, priorities, and competing stakeholder interests./p/lilipSkilled in developing and implementing strategic plans in collaboration with senior leadership./p/lilipExceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to brief stakeholders at all levels./p/lipDesired Qualifications:/ph3Why WiSC Enterprises/h3ullipWork on impactful national security programs where your expertise drives mission success./p/lilipCompetitive salary and benefits with opportunities for professional growth./p/lilipCollaborative, mission-driven environment with direct engagement from senior leadership./p/li/ul/div
