The Trade Compliance Specialist will be responsible for a broad range of export compliance activities, including but not limited to: AES filings, export licensing, auditing, and record keeping. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partnersincluding freight forwarders and government agencies, to ensure compliant and efficient export operations./ph3What Youll Do/h3ulliManage Global Trade Services (GTS) compliance activities, including releasing blocked documents and resolving issues in collaboration with Customer Service, Product Management, and Shipping teams./liliConduct customer and destination screening against denied party lists and embargoed country regulations./liliPrepare and submit Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Export System (AES) for applicable export shipments in accordance with regulatory timelines./liliSupport the issuance, administration, and tracking of export licenses, including monitoring license usage and expiration dates./liliManage, maintain, and troubleshoot AgilePoint compliance workflows./liliEnsure accurate maintenance of ECCN, HTS, and country of origin data within SAP, GTS, and other corporate systems./liliMaintain, and adhere to standard operating procedures to ensure ongoing trade compliance./liliEnsure all export activities comply with applicable regulations, including OFAC, EAR, ITAR, DEA, FDA, and other relevant export control requirements./liliPerform additional trade compliance and export related duties as assigned./li/ulh3What We Seek/h3ulli35 years of progressive export trade compliance experience within a global manufacturing environment./liliPreferred experience with SAP GTS or other global trade compliance and screening software platforms./liliDemonstrated knowledge of commodity classification, including ECCN and HTS assignments, and related regulatory requirements./liliStrong working knowledge of Export Administration Regulations (EAR); familiarity with other export control regimes is a plus./liliExcellent analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills./liliProficient in Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams./liliHigh attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance integrity./liliProven ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment./li/ulh3Outstanding Candidates Will Have/h3ulliBachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in export trade compliance./liliExport Compliance Professional (ECoP)./liliIn-depth knowledge of EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and CBP regulations./li/ulh3Why Work At Entegris?/h3pLead.
