We come from a successful family business, and are looking forward to creating a fun, family-oriented, and inclusive culture in our studio!/ppWe are looking for three people to work at our brand new Elements Massage!/ppstrongRetail Sales Associates enjoy the following perks:/strong/pulliPay $15-16 per hour depending on experience/liliBonuses based on monthly conversion numbers/li/ulpstrongHeres what we are looking for:/strong/pulliAbility to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty./liliThe right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients./liliThe right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service./liliSomeone who is passionate about wellness/liliSomeone who wants to grow with our studio/li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliPrior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in-person to potential clients./liliCustomer service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution./liliFamiliarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.
