This category is moving from a hardware centric model to an enterprise, vendor agnostic software ecosystem. We are seeking individuals to help us on that journey. Candidates will be working with C-Suite clients and leverage HPMs innovation to tackle healthcares biggest challenges

from staffing pressures to quality outcomes, to new care models./ppYour role:/pulliDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and increased market penetration within assigned health systems./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales Specialists, marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions./liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, including administrators, clinicians, and IT professionals./liliServe as a subject matter expert on patient monitoring solutions, providing guidance and support to customers throughout the sales process and beyond./li/ulpYoure the right fit if:/pulliYou have 5+ years of field sales experience with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent discipline or equivalent experience./liliYou have a strong understanding of health system operations and dynamics, with experience working directly within health systems./liliYou can analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite./liliYou have experience in the healthcare industry outside of pharmaceuticals, with a focus on solution-based selling rather than relationship-based selling./liliYou have proven experience in Lean methodologies (focusing on eliminating waste and improving efficiency), and/or Six Sigma (which aims to reduce defects and variations in processes)./liliYou can successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position./li/ulpHow we work together:/ppWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $171,500 to $203,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
