Marketing. The companys reputation is often contingent upon how the salesperson represents him/herself and the company, therefore it is imperative that all interaction supports the mission and values of EEI. The Sales Team works together on strategy, design, proposal generation, and job costing. The successful candidate will demonstrate abilities and experience with collaborative team-based customer service and team-based processing of technical information./ppDescription of Principle Duties:/pulliDevelop an annual business plan and strategy for each assigned account./liliMaintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels at each account./liliMeet or exceed individual objectives as set by Sales Team Leader./liliBe an active participant in the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)./liliWork with Sales Team to meet or exceed annual Revenue and Profit goals established by EVP of Sales./liliBecome an expert on the equipment/systems that we represent and how to feature them to owners./liliDrive flat specifications, allowances, alternates, and Basis-of-Designs and influence direct purchases./liliSet up special purchasing agreements as applicable./liliWork with the entire sales team to help each other meet business objectives./liliMaintain customer information and activity in CRM./liliParticipate in quarterly conversations with Sales Team Leader to review core values, GWC and discuss any issues./liliTravel within territory will be required. 50%75% of the time spent will be out of the office./liliOther roles and responsibilities as assigned./li/ulpDefinition of Key Owner Account: Any account that produces a consistent large opportunity pipeline with multiple projects annually that can generate a total gross margin in excess of $250,000./ppTo maintain an Owner Account, a salesperson must do the following:/pulliMust establish EEI manufacturers as acceptable on owner master specifications./liliMust manage and participate in all aspects of projects that involve owner account, including but not limited to:/liulliNarrative creation assistance (Owner)/liliDesign and equipment selection assistance (Engineering Team)/liliTake-off, scope, and quote preparation assistance (Applications Engineering Team)/liliPrice setting and scope review assistance (Contractor Team)/liliFollow-up on quote

if direct to owner (Owner)/liliSubmittal generation assistance (Applications Engineering Team)/liliCommission Split agreement based on included matrix./liliAssisting in coordinating shipment, start-up and owner training (Project Management Team)/liliAccount reviews with the EVP of Sales will be done as needed to ensure sales are as projected with each key owner account./li/ul/ulpEducation, Experience and Qualifications:/pulliBachelors degree required. Preferably in Technical or Engineering./liliMinimum 5 years experience as an Account Executive with a focus on Owner Sales./liliKnowledgeable regarding ASHRAE recommendations, HVAC industry, and/or refrigeration./liliStrong mathematics and physics understanding./liliEducation and experience with the construction and engineering industry, with specific experience in dealing with construction drawings, specifications, construction schedule and processes is a plus./li/ulpKnowledge/Skill Set:/pulliEffective interpersonal and customer service skills/liliStrong written, verbal and presentational communication skills/liliMust have the ability to switch quickly between tasks based on priority and timeline/liliWorks well within a team dynamic to ensure timely execution of tasks/liliHigh computer proficiency (comfort with word, excel and using an internet browser)/liliCritical thinking ability, willingness to learn/li/ulpResources Provided:/pulliOn-boarding program with one-on-one support from our president and executive leadership team/liliOngoing access to leadership and employees/liliProfessional development opportunities through seminars, conferences and web-based training/li/ul/div
