This role focuses on growing Medstrat's orthopedic market share through direct sales to practices, ASC networks, and hospital-affiliated groups. The Sr Sales Specialist will manage a defined territory, build relationships with surgeons, administrators, and IT teams, and execute a consultative sales process to deliver measurable growth. Medstrat is the leading PACS provider in orthopedics, serving over 5,000 surgeons nationwide. This team member will cover the Midwest/Northeast Territory. Territory & Pipeline Development Identify and engage new orthopedic practices, ASCs, and subspecialty groups. Manage a defined geographic or regional territory with clear growth objectives. Develop a pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and marketing collaboration. Maintain accurate CRM data and forecasting discipline. Sales Execution Conduct discovery calls, demos, and presentations of Medstrat PACS and templating solutions. Demonstrate ROI and clinical efficiency improvements through workflow optimization. Lead contract negotiations with practice administrators and decision makers. Manage 6090 day sales cycles from first contact to close. Customer Expansion & Retention Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction. Identify opportunities to upsell templating, patient portal, Dictation, image exchange, or integrations. Attend key orthopedic conferences and events (AAOS, AAHKS, etc.) to network and generate leads. Collaboration Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Support teams to align messaging and feedback. Share field insights to inform Medstrat's ongoing product development and positioning. What Makes You Stand Out Extensive clinical and sales knowledge to maximize effectiveness to the field. Knowledge of competitor's products and strategies. Understanding of the sales and marketing functions. Strong analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal skills. Understanding of how to identify market trends. Demonstrates characteristics of high potential for future development opportunities. Must be highly motivated, self starter willing to meet strict deadlines and time constraints. Must be able to work in a team environment. Your Background Requirements: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience. Proven track record selling to private medical practices, physician groups, or ASCs. Familiarity with PACS, templating, or imaging workflows. Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously and work independently. Preferred: Orthopedic sales experience (clinical or IT). Experience with SaaS or cloud-based solutions. Background in working with surgeons and practice management teams. Travel Expectations: Up to 25% Expected Compensation Range: $80,000 - $100,000 Base Salary plus an added bonus incentive. EOE
