divh2Regional Account Executive, Hospitality - Honolulu/h2pThe Regional Account Executive, Hospitality will play a key role in driving Quench as it continues its rapid growth with a focus on acquisition, growth, and development of new and existing regional and national key accounts in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented, results-driven environment./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliGenerate sales prospecting through face-to-face contact with hospitality-related ownership and purchasing groups and individual locations, maximizing potential lead opportunities and developing opportunity through existing clients./liliDetermine client needs and propose appropriate, customized solutions./liliMeet or exceed the new business sales goals with consistent levels of daily/weekly activity./liliIdentify appropriate targets and large-scale opportunities./liliCreate and deliver high-quality, persuasive sales presentations to C-level and other executives./liliManage sales cycle including proposal development and contract negotiation./liliDevelop, maintain, and broaden relationships with Quenchs hospitality clients./liliPlay an important role as needed in client retention and contract extensions./liliComplete administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports./liliMaintain regular and reliable attendance./li/ulh3Requirements and Qualifications/h3ulliPrior field sales experience is required; experience selling to restaurants and hotels is a plus./liliPassionate about the hospitality industry and a commitment to fostering sustainable water solutions./liliExperience interacting with executives and influencing decisions within the C-suite is preferred./liliStrong selling and negotiating skills; ability to overcome customer objections./liliExcellent communication skills, via phone and email (clear, enthusiastic; good listening skills; quick understanding of customer needs; strong sales skills; strong follow-up skills)./liliAbility to work independently and adapt quickly and resourcefully to changing situations./liliSolid team player with outstanding integrity./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./liliProficiency in Salesforce.com or comparable CRM system./liliBachelors degree preferred./li/ulh3Highlights/h3ulliBase salary plus uncapped monthly commissions./liliOTE: Year 1: $90-110k, Year 2: $100-130k./liliRemote, 3 days out in territory./li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliMedical, Dental, Vision which start day one./lili401(k) match of 50% up to 6%./liliUnlimited PTO and 10 paid Holidays./liliMileage reimbursement up to $700/ month./lili$100 monthly phone stipend./li/ul/div
