About the role
The marketing team at Hex helps more people discover, fall in love with, and get lasting value from our product. We work across the entire funnel from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion experimenting constantly to make Hex easier to find, understand, and adopt. We collaborate closely with Product, Design, Data, and Revenue teams to build thoughtful, scalable systems that accelerate growth while always keeping users at the center of what we do.
Were looking for a growthminded marketer with deep expertise in web strategy, CRO, and SEO to help shape how new users find and engage with Hex. This person should be a tastemaker in the world of web with a natural curiosity for the new and novel as well as an eye for what great looks like.
What you will do
- Partner with Product, Design, Product Marketing and Engineering to craft a vision for the website and improve the web journey, from first visit through signup and activation.
- Lead technical SEO and AEO strategy and execution including keyword research, site audits, schema, internal linking, and content roadmap development to drive measurable results to selfserve and salesassist motions.
- Use data and experimentation to uncover insights that inform our content and acquisition strategies.
- Stay uptodate on website, SEO and AEO trends, AI workflows, and emerging tools that can help us scale thoughtfully.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in growth or marketing roles, with handson experience leading website, SEO and CRO initiatives.
- Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., GA4, Search Console).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills comfortable building funnel models, running experiments, and turning data into action.
- Curious, creative, and excited to test, learn, and iterate in a fastmoving environment.
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional partners across product, engineering, design, and data.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or analytics products.
- Familiarity with AI workflows and programmatic content approaches.
- Comfort managing CMS operations and ensuring highquality, SEOfriendly content experiences.
