even if your experience doesnt match every requirement./ph3About the Role/h3pThe Business Development Representative (BDR) plays a critical role in creating a qualified pipeline for Quantum Healths Sales organization. BDRs are responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and advancing early-stage opportunities with Direct Employers and Consultant partners aligned to Quantum Healths Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). This role combines outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, consultant engagement, and event-based prospecting to deliver consistent meeting production and pipeline influence./ph3What Youll Do (Essential Responsibilities)/h3ulliMeeting Generation

Qualification/liliSource and book qualified Discovery Meetings with Direct Employer prospects and Consultant partners./liliConsistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting targets, including minimum Direct Employer requirements./liliConduct initial qualification conversations, articulate Quantum Healths value proposition, and ensure meetings meet Qualified Prospect criteria./liliAttend Discovery Meetings when needed to support progression to Sales Qualified (SQ)./liliPartner with Sales Executives and SAs to set the next steps and confirm opportunity advancement./liliOutbound Prospecting

Territory Development/liliExecute structured outbound outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, Outreach.io campaigns) to build a predictable pipeline of qualified prospects./liliBuild and maintain territory coverage aligned to GTM strategy, segment criteria, and assigned account lists./liliIdentify, research, and prioritize target accounts via Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other BD tools./liliMaintain strong working knowledge of competitor landscapes and market trends./liliData Quality, Documentation

Technology Utilization/liliEnsure accurate and timely entry of all activities, contacts, meetings, and opportunity details in Salesforce./liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date Account and Contact records in Salesforce, ensuring segmentation, titles, hierarchies, outreach activity, and data fields are consistently updated./liliFollow all BD processes for event creation, opportunity creation, meeting recording, and progression workflows./liliProvide weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline creation, outreach performance, and territory engagement./liliPrepare pre-call briefs and materials as needed for Sales Executives./liliCampaign Execution

Event-Based Prospecting/liliExecute and monitor campaigns via phone calls, Outreach.io sequences, and LinkedIn outreach in assigned territory to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities./liliSupport event-based initiatives as needed related to conference booth engagement and sales hosted events./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulh3What Youll Bring (Qualifications)/h3ulliBachelors degree in business or equivalent/lili3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Business Development/Lead Generation; healthcare field a plus/liliDemonstrated proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and Excel/liliExperience using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, miEdge, BenefitFlow, or similar tools/liliStrong communication skills with the ability to lead high-level conversations with senior HR, Benefits, and Consultant contacts/liliHighly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a metric-driven environment./liliAbility to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently in a hybrid or remote setting./liliStrong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams
