We strive to be the best wholesale distributor in the area and invite you to be part of building the future./ppAccount Manager/Outside Sales/ppTo act as the business manager and leader for the assigned contractor account package by increasing the value of Codale to our customers, growing the volume and profitability of the assigned contractor account base, and promoting all Codales products and services professionally and ethically./ppWhat Youll Do:/pulliLead customers to Codales unique value propositions by changing our customers status quo./liliDevelop market strategies and sales growth plans for assigned accounts./liliBuild and maintain relationships with various levels of customer organizations through providing value and insight to customers on their business and market conditions./liliNegotiate, develop, and coordinate implementation of effective price/cost strategy for account base./liliProspect for new accounts as applicable/liliMaintain healthy relationships with vendors and vendor representatives/liliConduct regular joint sales calls with Vendor representatives on contractor customers/liliWork with different functional areas to drive sales growth and maintain customer satisfaction/liliSupport all corporate Codale initiatives/liliIdentify trends and emerging disruptive forces affecting the local electrical contractor market and relay this information to Codale management./liliCoordinate and plan with Inside Sales Reps, and all other Codale specialists to ensure customers are receiving the information and services needed in a timely fashion./li/ulpWhat Youll Bring:/pulliDemonstrated capacity for understanding architectural/engineering drawings,/liliEffective negotiation skills/liliOutstanding verbal and written communication skills/liliHigh emotional intelligence/liliStrong leadership skills/liliStrong relationship management skills/liliAbility to grow and maintain relationship with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality/li/ulpLocation: Meridian, ID/ppWhy work for Codale Electric Supply?/ppIt feels good to drive down the road and say, I played a part in that.
