With 800 thinkers, doers, and makers across every cultural corner of the world, the agency offers a full-service, channel-agnostic approach and a deep connection to the people, places, and properties that drive the conversation of tomorrow. 160over90 works with leading brands including AB InBev, Amazon, Coca-Cola, DP World, Macys, Marriott International, McDonalds, Verizon and Visa. 160over90 is part of WME Group, a global representation business comprising the worlds leading talent, intellectual property and brands./ph3The Role and What Youll Do/h3ullipOversee the day-to-day partnership marketing activation programming with the clients cross-functional teams (partnerships, brands, media, PR, social, etc.) and relevant agency partners in connection with clients sports entertainment partnership marketing platforms/p/lilipDevelop and implement partnership strategy and activation; evaluate additional sponsorship opportunities and support contract negotiations as appropriate/p/lilipSpearhead research and analytics efforts across client deliverables/p/lilipProvide strategic thinking and recommendations for client and agency at large/p/lilipLiaise with wider account team providing connectivity across all workstreams/p/lilipLead and mentor direct reports/p/li/ulh3You Have These/h3ullipA minimum of 8-10 years of agency, brand or client-based partnership account management experience/p/lilipPrior experience in managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or brand/p/lilipPrior experience managing a team/individuals/p/lilipExperience working with college athletics, golf and the NFL/p/lilipPrior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors/p/lilipPrior experience with sponsorship and talent contract negotiations/p/lilipUnderstanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logistics/p/lilipProven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results/p/lilipStrong ability to manage multiple projects across large cross-functional teams independently and diligently while delivering pre-defined goals/p/lilipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client/account management experience required/p/lilipAbility to think strategically and creatively, and to problem-solve independently and in groups/p/lilipExcellent attention to detail, time management, written and oral communication skills/p/lilipEnthusiastic and flexible team-first player with a proactive approach/p/lilipAbility to travel a minimum of 25% of the time/p/lilipProficient in MS Office Suite/p/lilipRole is based in NYC/p/li/ulpWME Group is at the center of sports, media, entertainment, and fashion and is a largely relationship-based business.
