This role will spearhead the delivery of independent commissioning management, technical assurance, and handover advisory services across major building and infrastructure projects in the Middle East./ppThe successful candidate will shape strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure that WSP remains the trusted advisor for clients seeking high-performance, compliant, and operationally ready assets./ph3Responsibilities/h3pLead and expand the Commissioning Advisory services team, setting vision, delivery standards, and growth targets./ppDefine service offerings, go-to-market strategy, and delivery models. Develop and implement the business plan for Commissioning Advisory within WSPs Middle East Earth and Environment Advisory business./ppBuild strong internal networks with WSPs business units to integrate commissioning advisory into multidisciplinary offerings./ppRepresent WSP as a subject-matter expert in commissioning at industry forums, client engagements, and technical committees./ppIdentify and pursue new business opportunities across the UAE, KSA, and wider Middle East./ppPrepare proposals, fee estimates, and technical submissions for Commissioning Advisory services./ppDevelop strategic partnerships with contractors, developers, operators, and technology providers./ppTake full commercial ownership of Commissioning Advisory projects, ensuring profitable delivery and adherence to WSPs financial governance./ppMonitor project financial performance, including revenue forecasting, invoicing, cost control, and margin protection./ppContribute to thought leadership, white papers, and WSPs regional commissioning strategy./ppMentor and develop a high-performing team of commissioning managers, engineers, and specialists./ppLead recruitment, capability building, and succession planning for the Commissioning Advisory function./ppPromote a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement./ppOversee the delivery of commissioning management services aligned with international best practice (ASHRAE, CIBSE, BSRIA, SMACNA).
