Compensation Strategy Manager
Develops and implements strategic, data-driven compensation solutions that align with organizational goals and workforce needs. Utilizes market insights, analytics, and intelligent technologies to support equitable pay practices, regulatory compliance, and talent optimization across the organization. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Bachelor's degree in a related field of study. 8 years of related experience. Formal education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis (e.g., one year of education = one year of experience) Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) - Worldatwork Leads the development and execution of long-term compensation strategies that align with business objectives, workforce trends, and organizational values. Advises senior leaders on compensation-related decisions, ensuring alignment with succession planning, talent mobility, and inclusion goals. Contributes to the design and implementation of job architecture and leveling frameworks to promote career progression, internal equity, and organizational consistency. Oversees the creation and maintenance of job descriptions, ensuring consistency, market alignment, and regulatory compliance. Conducts enterprise-wide market analysis and benchmarking to inform competitive compensation practices and strategic workforce investments. Ensures compliance with compensation-related regulations, including FLSA, pay transparency, and healthcare-specific labor laws. Leads strategic initiatives such as pay equity audits, incentive program enhancements, and total rewards modernization. Applies predictive analytics, workforce data, and AI-driven tools to evaluate the impact of compensation on retention, engagement, and performance. Monitors emerging compensation trends and market shifts, translating insights into actionable strategies. Partners cross-functionally with departments and other HR teams to align compensation with recruitment, retention, and organizational effectiveness. Drives change management and adoption of new compensation programs, policies, and technologies across the organization. Prepares and delivers presentations and training to communicate compensation philosophy, strategy, and impact across the organization. Other duties as assigned.
